Our #horizoneurope doctoral network “IVORY”, coordinated by TU Delft | Technology, Policy and Management, had its kick off meeting this week in Delft!
IVORY stands for “AI for Vision Zero in Road Safety” and it is an industrial doctorates scheme, i.e. a research and training network bringing together academia, industry & policy, to address 3 main research goals:
🎯 to develop responsible and fair AI for road safety
🎯 to support user – vehicle – road interaction with AI
🎯 to use AI for proactive and scalable infrastructure safety management.
We are excited and grateful for the unique opportunity to work on unlocking the full potential of AI for road safety in a responsible way! Looking forward to implementing the project in the next 4 years, together with this great consortium!
